No. The companies you serve use the mobile app at no cost. You pay for the provider platform, and you decide which companies to invite. They connect by invite link or QR and pay nothing to approve, pay and track their work.
It covers the full desktop platform for your team: client company management, government workflow execution, SLA tracking, the document vault, billing, and the free mobile app for every company you invite.
Pricing is per practice, not per company. Each plan includes a set of provider seats and connected companies. Plans are billed semi‑annually or annually, in SAR, excluding VAT; the prices shown are per‑month equivalents, and annual billing saves about 20%.
Yes. You can move up a plan as your seats or caseload grow. Upgrades apply right away and your billing adjusts on the next cycle. The larger plans add automation, reporting, and a dedicated account manager.
Government fees, for example Qiwa, GOSI or ZATCA charges, are passed through at cost and are separate from your subscription. Shrkity tracks them per order so both sides see exactly what was paid and to whom.
